Website Cancellation Terms
We work hard to satisfy all of our customers. Our goal is to work together to meet all of your expectations. If you have any request to remove, add, or change something on your website, ask us, and we will see if we can help you. Keep in mind that we place our work and our effort in the development of your website.
We will refund your money if you meet the following conditions:
- Full refund: If you request your cancellation 24 – 48 hours after having made your payment.
- Half of your refund: If you request your cancellation 72 – 96 hours after having made your payment.
- You lose your refund if more than 96 hours have passed after you made your payment.

Printing & Design Cancellation Terms

If you have any request to remove, add, or change something on your design or printing orders, ask us, and we will see if we can help you. Keep in mind that we place our work and our effort in the development of your order.
We will refund your money if you meet the following conditions:
- Full refund: If you request your cancellation 24 hours after having made your payment.
- Half of your refund: If you request your cancellation 48 hours after having made your payment.
- You lose your refund if more than 48 hours have passed after you made your payment
Social Media Cancellation Terms
We are sorry that you have decided to cancel your plan with us. If there is anything we can do that is in our hands to keep you as our client please let us know. We are here to meet the expectations of our customers.
Cancellations must be requested in advance.
- If you have paid the plan monthly, you must request your cancellation one week in advance before starting the next month, otherwise the next full month will be charged.
- If you have paid for a full year, you must cancel one month before the end of the next month.
